The 2026 Women in Business Inspired Series is a yearlong luncheon experience, powered by the Cache Valley Chamber, designed to spark inspiration and momentum for women professionals. Through engaging presentations from Utah’s leading women, meaningful peer connections, and curated networking over catered lunches, participants gain fresh perspective, renewed confidence, and motivation to think bigger about what is possible in their careers, leadership, and lives.

As part of the Inspired Series for women professionals, this luncheon explores how spoken words influence attitude, mindset, beliefs, and outcomes. Jordan Capt will guide participants through the often overlooked impact language has on professional growth, leadership presence, and personal confidence.

Attendees will gain greater awareness of how the words they use shape their experiences in business, relationships, and self-perception. The session is designed to leave women feeling more intentional, empowered, and aligned in how they speak about their abilities and their path forward.

About the presenter

Jordan Capt
Jordan Capt grew up at the base of the Wasatch Mountains in Pleasant Grove, Utah. He is happily married to his wife of ten years and is a proud girl dad to three daughters, who are at the center of his world. Before launching his supplemental insurance company in 2020, Jordan built his career on Wall Street as a financial advisor and stockbroker. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time on a houseboat at Lake Powell with family and friends, restoring classic American muscle cars, staying active, embracing life as a devoted father, and regularly updating his vision board.
